We are growing and are looking for an experienced Butcher with a passion for all things meat. Role is initially Part-time with the option to increase hours to Full Time. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing butcher shop under new ownership, delivering a paddock to plate experience for customers.

Would suit someone that sees butchering as a craft, using traditional and new methods to showcase our produce in store and online.

If you are passionate about artisan butchery then this role is for you. We are committed to delivering exceptional service through quality produce.

Successful applicant will need the following skill set:

Beef, lamb and pork carcass break down and trimming essential.

Great customer service skills and knowledge of preparation/cooking of different cuts.

Skilled in smallgoods making.
