About the Role:

As a Community Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised support aligned with their NDIS plans. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting participants in daily activities, promoting independence, and facilitating community engagement.

Our Role:

✔ Assist NDIS participants with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, household tasks).
✔ Support community access (social outings, appointments, shopping, transport).
✔ Help participants build life skills (budgeting, cooking, communication).
✔ Follow individual care plans and document progress.
✔ Build positive relationships with participants and their families.

We’re Looking For:

Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude!

Experience in disability support, aged care, or mental health (NDIS experience a plus!).

Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar (or willingness to study).

Reliable car + driver’s licence (travel between clients required).

First Aid + CPR (or willing to obtain).

NDIS Worker Screening Check + WWCC (or ability to obtain).

Experience with complex needs (e.g., autism, spinal injuries, psychosocial disabilities).

Knowledge of manual handling or hoisting.
