About You:

We’re looking for team members who take pride in their work and are passionate about producing high-quality results. The ideal candidates will have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience (for qualified trades roles)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

The ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality

A desire to be part of a professional, close-knit team

Familiarity with Car-O-Liner equipment (highly regarded)

Ability to interpret OEM procedures and repair blueprinting accurately

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates

Current Australian driver’s licence

Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):

Panel Beaters: General panel repairs, hail damage repair, structural realignment, Efficient dismantling and reassembly of vehicles with care and accuracy
