What you'll be doing

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Automotive Panel Fitter to join our team specialising in high-end vehicle modifications, particularly Mercedes AMG.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for disassembling and reassembling vehicle panels, bumpers, trims, and contributing to a variety of customisation projects. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strip, fit, and reassemble panels, bumpers, and trims

• Assemble and align custom body kits and interior upgrades

• Ensure proper fitment, alignment, and functionality of all parts according to manufacturer standards

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

• Work collaboratively and assist team members when needed

• Apply problem-solving and critical thinking on the job

• Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism at all times

About You:

• Previous experience in automotive assembly (panel/repair shop experience preferred)

• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

• Strong time management and ability to follow instructions

• Relevant trade qualification is desirable

Position Type:

Full-time and contract positions available.

Performing panel beating and repair work on luxury and custom modified vehicles

Utilising specialised tools and techniques to reshape and finish bodywork to a high standard

Installing custom modifications, accessories and styling components as per client specifications

Collaborating with the design team to bring their visions to life through your craft

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment

Adhering to all safety protocols and quality assurance measures

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an automotive panel fitter, preferably in the luxury or custom modifications industry

Highly proficient in the use of specialised panel beating tools and equipment

Excellent eye for detail and an ability to achieve a flawless, factory-finish appearance

Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to unique client requests
