We’re currently recruiting fit and capable individuals for underground service crew roles with a long-standing contractor in Northwest Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for those with trade, industrial or hands-on rural experience to step into the mining sector.

• FIFO from Townsville or Cairns
• 7/7 Roster – Rotating Days & Nights
• 12.5 Hour Shifts
• Underground Mine – Northwest QLD
• Competitive Pay Rates + Super paid on ALL hours

What We’re Looking For:

• Sheet Metal Work
• Station/Farm Hand duties
• Carpentry or Boilermaking
• Other heavy industrial or trade-related work

• Strong physical fitness and a can-do attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• C Class Open Driver’s Licence (no restrictions)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including D&A testing)
• Willingness to comply with site-specific PPE and hygiene requirements
• Previous experience in physically demanding roles such as:

Key Duties:

• General underground labouring and services support
• Assisting with installation, maintenance, and material movement
• Adhering to strict site safety and hygiene protocols
• Working in a physically demanding and team-based environment
