About the role:

We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Store Manager to take the lead at South Australia's newest store, Colonnades. You'll be responsible for driving store performance, leading a high-energy team, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. With a strong focus on leadership, styling, and business growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your fashion retail career.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Driving store sales and achieving KPIs through effective leadership and strategy
• Managing store operations, including rostering, stock control, and daily procedures
• Ensuring high visual merchandising standards are maintained across the store
• Creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging team culture
• Taking ownership of business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles
