Your new role

This role is a vital link in the delivery of high-quality precast concrete products to key construction sites across the region. As an HC Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting large and often complex loads, ensuring timely and secure delivery in alignment with project schedules. Your day-to-day tasks will include vehicle inspections, load restraint and tie-down using appropriate methods, and the safe operation of truck ladders and access points--requiring a sound level of physical fitness. Working closely with dispatch, yard personnel, and site contacts, your reliability and attention to detail will directly support the company's commitment to safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will play an important role in maintaining the seamless flow of materials that underpins successful project execution, contributing to the company's long-standing reputation for quality and service within the commercial, residential, and civil construction sectors.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Current HC truck licence with proven driving experience
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including early starts
• Physically fit and capable of climbing truck ladders and securing heavy loads
• Skilled in correct load restraint and tie-down procedures
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow delivery schedules and adapt to changing site conditions
• Experience transporting precast concrete or other heavy construction materials highly regarded
