Your new role

This role is for an experienced HC Tipper Truck Driver to join a well-regarded civil construction team working across a range of subdivision and infrastructure projects. As a key member of the site crew, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a HC Tipper Truck, supporting earthworks, material transport, and on-site logistics. This position plays an important role in ensuring the timely movement of materials, directly impacting project efficiency and delivery outcomes. You'll be working alongside a close-knit, professional team that values reliability, safety, and teamwork. Experience in civil environments--particularly subdivisions--is essential, along with a current HC licence and proven ability to operate a tipper confidently and competently. This is a hands-on role that contributes directly to the smooth running of major works and aligns with the company's commitment to quality, consistency, and delivering for clients. A strong work ethic and a proactive mindset are key to succeeding in this position.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Valid HC truck licence
• Proven experience operating a HC tipper truck in civil construction environments
• Familiarity with subdivision work and associated site conditions
• Ability to safely load, transport, and tip various civil materials
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working 50 hour weeks
• Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and ground crews
• Flexible and adaptable to changing site needs and project schedules
