About the role

HYPOXI is a globally recognised and scientifically proven low-impact exercise method, which is up to 3x more effective at burning stubborn fat than traditional fitness routines, and significantly reduces cellulite.

The revolutionary training method combines patented vacuum and compression technology with exercise and nutrition for targeted centimetre loss.

As our HYPOXI Fitness Coach, you will operate this dynamic technology and supervise each training session, guiding women to manage and achieve their fitness goals.

This is also a proactive sales role. You will play a key part in growing our client base - following up leads, converting trial sessions into paying memberships, upselling packages, and promoting our services to both new and current members.

This role includes achieving monthly sales targets, conducting follow-up calls for enquiries and cancellations, and contributing to club promotions and marketing initiatives.

This is a casual position of approximately 15–20 hours per week.

About you

You’re a hands-on woman with a positive, can-do attitude and natural empathy.

Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Sales-focused and results-drive - you enjoy achieving KPIs and are confident discussing package options.

Availability for evenings and Saturdays.

Skills & Experience

No HYPOXI experience required - full training and support provided for HYPOXI certification.

Demonstrated experience in a sales environment. Proven success in upselling, working to sales targets, and handling inbound and outbound calls.

Strong customer service background and maturity.

Experience in beauty, wellness, or previous HYPOXI roles highly regarded.

Computer literacy with basic MS Office and scheduling tools.

Capable of handling multiple client touchpoints—from first contact through to consultation and onboarding.
