About the Role:

Coach-led, screen-supported group sessions (strength, cardio & functional)

Build rapport and lead with energy every session

Modify exercises to suit members of all abilities

Use BFT3 heart rate tech to guide performance

Mentor and support the wider coaching team

About You:

Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)

Group coaching and/or S&C experience

Confident, adaptable communicator

Strong leadership mindset

Current First Aid & CPR

Working with Children Check
