We are looking for a Rostering & Payroll Coordinator to join our team.

About Your Role:

Create and manage rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels for operational requirements

Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with award and legislative requirements

Monitor and manage leave requests, ensuring compliance with leave policies and procedures

About You:

• You have a curious mind and like coming up with ideas to do awesome things

• Your attention to detail is spot on

• You are an engaging personality with great written and verbal style

• You handle work pressure well and prioritise your workload, all with a smile

• Previous experience as a rostering and payroll guru is preferred but not essential
