Locum Radiographers & Sonographers Wanted – South Australia

We’re currently recruiting passionate and experienced Radiographers and Sonographers to support a variety of public health services across South Australia. These are fantastic locum opportunities for clinicians seeking flexibility, diverse caseloads, and the chance to explore beautiful regions while making a meaningful impact.

Available Roles:

General X-Ray Radiographers
Start: ASAP
End: 31st July 2025
🕒 Shifts: General X-Ray including late shifts and weekends
📍 Location: Adelaide, SA

XR/CT Radiographer
Start: 30th June 2025
End: 1st August 2025
🕒 Duties: XR and CT (GE equipment), on-call for XR only
📍 Location: Regional SA – rental accommodation can be arranged

Sonographers
Start: August 2025
End: December 2025
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, potential on-call
📋 Caseload: All general ultrasound including Obs, MSK, Vascular, and more
📍 Location: Adelaide, SA

Hourly rate from $60 per hour DOE

What You’ll Need to Get Started:

To fast-track your placement, please ensure you can provide:

Current AHPRA or ASAR registration

Valid Radiation License (not required for Sonographers; automatic mutual recognition applies in most states)

Police Check (NPC or NCCHC – Vulnerable Persons)

Working With Children Check (SA WWCC)

Work rights in Australia (copy of visa if applicable)
