We have an immediate opportunity for a Studio Concierge to join our fantastic operations team at TURNER.
As our Studio Concierge, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression—serving as the first point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional, seamless customer service while also supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your day to day may include the following responsibilities;
Answer and forward all incoming calls in a clear, concise manner.
Meet, greet & build rapport with clients, consultants and suppliers.
Manage bookings of meeting rooms. Organise Zoom meeting from the practice paid accounts.
Organise coffees, luncheons and/or other as required, for meetings and Practice events.
Become a member of our Events Panel
Organise couriers, distribute mail to appropriate staff and post any outgoing mail.
Maintain clean and presentable meeting rooms, reception desk & all other communal areas throughout the office at all times.
Buy and stock office groceries (milk, tea/coffee, biscuits etc).
Become a First Aider and Fire Warden.
Facilitate Friday night office drinks and other office events as required.
General kitchen maintenance: keep bench tops clean, stack and unload dishwasher, clean coffee machine when required, organise supply of clean tea towels.
Order and maintain stock levels of consumables required for office, such as photocopier paper and toners, paper for plotters, binding machine supplies, postal items, model making and day book materials, archiving materials and stationery.
Complete office inspections and rectification of problems.
Provide admin support to Operations team.
Maintain accurate records in database.
Assist design staff with filing, faxing, scanning binding and /or other for presentation documents.
Manage Uber & GoGet accounts.
Manage the archive process; project archiving and maintenance of off-site archive register.
Daily maintenance of incoming emails to office.
Prepare new starter information packs.
Update and maintain phone extensions, staff directory, security cards, etc.
Banking (cheque deposits).
EXPERIENCE + SKILLS
Proven experience as a receptionist/customer service in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
High accuracy and attention to detail
Professional and polished
Have a positive “can-do” attitude
Strong MS Office/Canva/Adobe Suite skills
