THE ROLE

The Y is seeking a passionate and keen Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Qualified Educator to join us across in our following sites:

Stradbroke Primary School OSHC (Rostrevor)

As an OSHC Qualified Educator, you will be responsible for delivering challenging and stimulating programs and activities, fostering a supportive and fun environment, and helping children to develop their social, emotional, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the OSHC Service Director, and work with a passionate team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:

ACECQA approved Qualification - Cert III/IV, Diploma (or equivalent) or higher-level qualification

Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care” Training

HLTAID009 CPR

HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in Education and Care

Food Handling Training

SMART Training
Knowledge of responsibilities under Child Safe Environments compliance

Sounds knowledge of OSHC Quality Assurance and recognised School Age Care Framework
