Pt. Leo Estate has a rare opportunity to join our leadership team in the role of Restaurant Manager Sommelier as we continue to grow our team.

This role is centered in Laura putting you in the driver's seat of one of Australia's most refined dining rooms. The position also lends support to the broader leadership team assisting with the management of Pt. Leo Dining Room, our vibrant and growing Wine Terrace and requires excellent wine acumen as you assist with the delivery of beverage with guidance from our Beverage Director.

This role is focused in our two main dining spaces and below outlines the key mission of both Pt Leo Restaurant and Laura

Pt Leo Restaurant epitomizes great modern bistro dining. The dining room seats over 400 guests per week and has been consistently awarded 1 Hat since opening in 2017

Pt Leo Restaurant has a strong Victorian focus in both the food and beverage offer and attracts a discerning local, national and international clientele over 7 days and 3 nights of trade per week

Laura is our 40-seat fine dining experience at Pt. Leo Estate

Laura is a truly unique space that combines incredible produce, world class international wines and prestige service, leaning into great degustation dining to deliver the best in luxury detail and experience
