At Glenstone Constructions, performance isn’t optional — it’s standard. We run high-quality custom and commercial projects across Sydney, and we’re looking for a capable Crane Operator / All Rounder who takes ownership of lifting operations and leads from the front.

This isn’t a job for a passive operator. It’s for someone who thrives on precision, coordination, and output — safely, efficiently, and without shortcuts. You’ll be hands-on with crane operation and site works while directing on-site crews to keep productivity high and timelines on track.

Your results will be measured by:

Cranes operated safely and efficiently to meet daily project goals

Lifting operations completed with accuracy, minimal downtime, and zero safety incidents

Coordinated to execute lifts on schedule and in line with safety protocols

Site activities flowing without bottlenecks due to proactive planning and leadership

Contributions to a safe, high-output job site where standards are never compromised

General construction support that keeps the broader project moving forward

Clear communication with site leaders and other trades on logistics and coordination

Key requirements include:

CPCCLDG3001 – Licence to Perform Dogging (mandatory)

Rigging ticket (ideal but not essential)

Tower crane licence (CT) – training and upskilling provided

Physically fit (able to lift up to 20 kg), with own vehicle and NSW unrestricted licence

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
