Elles Belles Early Learning Cheltenham campus is a privately owned long day care and Kindergarten consisting of 6 rooms, a beautiful spacious dining room, large custom made fish tank and a mindfulness room for all age groups to utilise. Elles Belles Early Learning Cheltenham campus cater's for up to 124 children a day and provides quality care/education for all children within the service.

Your Role:

• Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood
• Hold a current First Aid qualification
• Current Working With Children check
• Most importantly, you are passionate about providing the best possible start in life for the children in your care

Responsibilities:-

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and within the team
• Create and maintain a positive and inviting team culture
• Comply with NQS and the company's Policies & Procedures
• Support and maintain reflective practices including critical reflection and continuous improvement
