About the role

As a Casual Bathhouse Host at Vikasati, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at our bathhouse facility in Southport, Gold Coast. This is a casual position that will see you playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bathhouse, catering to the needs and expectations of our clientele.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming guests to the bathhouse in a friendly and courteous manner

Directing guests to the appropriate facilities and providing guidance on the use of amenities

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bathhouse to the highest standards

Assisting with the preparation and set-up of the bathhouse for daily operations

Responding promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests

Promoting the bathhouse's facilities and services to encourage repeat business

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

Above all else a passion for health and wellness

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

A friendly, polite and professional demeanour at all times

A commitment to upholding the highest standards of health and safety

This is a casual role with 8 hrs shifts ranging from a total 8 to 24hrs per week. We are currently hiring for a weekend casual with the occasional weekday shifts.
