Quinton Anthony are working closely with a national construction business based in North Sydney to appoint a Senior Application Developer.

The position

You will play a key role in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications, overseeing and delivering product development.

Key accountabilities

Support a high performing team of 5 to deliver deployments that include feature enhancement and bug fixes that add value to the business.

Oversee scheduled deployments through CI/CD pipeline – building, testing and deployment of software applications.

Engage, analyse requirements and delivering deployments

Manage the quality of the system development process.

Management of the development and implementation of Tracker features and functions.

Oversee quality assurance testing (UAT) before any product or service goes live

Collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure business solutions are implemented successfully

Ensure quarterly formal deployments occur as planned with adequate updates.

Determine if existing codes, parameters, and functions can be effectively integrated as shared objects with the development of enterprise business components.

Identify the associations and relationships between entities and their elements.

Identify and implement changes that can improve business processes,

About You

Hands-on practical experience in the design, development, and deployment of application software.

Proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud services (including App Service, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Data Factory).

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using .NET frameworks.

Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex stored procedures and functions.

Experience developing web applications using modern front-end technologies such as React (with TypeScript) and Microsoft Blazor Server.

Experience utilising GitHub (or similar) for source control and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
