About the role

We are seeking dynamic and hardworking Food Production Staff to join our team at Gourmet Organic Foods' facility in West Gosford, NSW. This is a casual role that will involve a variety of production and assembly tasks within our state-of-the-art food manufacturing plant.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the production, packaging and labelling of our premium organic food products

Adhering to strict quality control measures and food safety standards

Operating machinery and equipment as required

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines

Continuously improving processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts desirable. No weekends.

Passion for the food industry and sustainable, organic products
