The Role

You will be the face of a brand new, custom-designed display home located in an upcoming display village in Caboolture West. Serving as the sole consultant, and the go to expert for prospective buyers your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers & matching them with home designs to suit their lifestyle and budget
• Building a personal profile and presence within the local area
• Maintaining a strong network of land developers, agents, and local community providers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

What you need

• Strong experience and longevity working for a home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment)
• Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
• Confidence with contracts, housing plans, and council processes
• A professional, proactive approach to capturing leads and closing deals
