The Salary range is $30.98 to $31.34 per hour. Hourly rate based on experience.

What You’ll Do
Your role as a Lifestyle Assistant will be dynamic and impactful, you’ll be at the heart of delivering engaging leisure and recreational activities that enhance and support the wellbeing of our residents, in line with the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care. Your days will be filled with creativity and care as you:
- Create moments of joy by designing and delivering inclusive activities.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement processes to service delivery.
- Facilitate both group and one-on-one activities to nurture meaningful relationships.
- Tailoring experiences to meet individual resident needs, interests, and preferences.
- Connect with purpose, promote independence and assist by supporting personal care and participation.
- Inspire improvement through regular feedback and tailored activity planning.
What You’ll Bring
You’re enthusiastic, empathetic, and have a creative spark that brings energy to every interaction. While experience in aged care is a bonus, we value your heart for making a difference. You also have:
- Great communication skills and the ability to interact with residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Strong organizational skills to manage programs and maintain accurate records.
- A passion for working with seniors and enriching their lives.
- Relevant work experience in aged care setting or a similar environment providing leisure and health program services.
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check and relevant vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
