FULL TIME CLEANING POSITION

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated cleaner with a compassionate nature. You will be a supportive member of a cleaning team of 3, working together to deliver exceptional quality service whilst maintaining safe work practices.

The ideal candidate will work a regular day shift - Monday to Friday at an Aged Care Facility located in Melbourne Metro - Eastern suburbs. You will start as a Casual Employee with possibility to transition to Full Time.

Responsibilities:

General cleaning of all common areas in your designated area

Spot cleaning of residents rooms inc vacuuming, dusting, wiping of rooms

Thorough cleaning of residents bathrooms

Collaborate effectively within a team to ensure timely completion of tasks

Replenish consumables as required

Regular communication with Area Manager on service delivery

Requirements:

Good understanding of safe work methods

Good understanding of commercial cleaning operating procedures

Experienced in an aged care environment (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Excellent communication skills

Full work rights

National Police Certificate (required - within 12 months)

Ability to work Mon-Fri 7AM - 3PM
