Telehealth Prescribing

Location: Work from anywhere in Australia (fully remote)

Engagement Type: Independent-contractor arrangement

Hours: You choose your session times; complete flexibility

Pay Structure: Per-script fee for anti-wrinkle and dermal-filler prescriptions or Hourly rate

Medication Governance & Compliance

Location: Periodic on-site visits to our Melbourne clinics (frequency negotiable)

Engagement Type: Independent-contractor arrangement

Hours: Part-time; schedule set in advance to fit your availability

Pay Structure: Hourly or sessional audit/oversight rate

Key Responsibilities

Telehealth (≈ 70 %)

Perform pre-treatment video assessments for anti-wrinkle toxin and dermal-filler clients.

Confirm medical suitability, obtain consent and issue electronic prescriptions.

Liaise with on-site cosmetic nurses to optimise treatment plans and dosing.

Maintain clear, compliant clinical notes within our EMR.

Medication Governance (≈ 30 %)

Act as the approved prescriber for S4 cosmetic medicines across our clinics.

Authorise medicine orders from partnered pharmacies; monitor purchase quantities.

Conduct scheduled in-clinic audits: stock counts, register reviews, lock-up checks and protocol visibility.

Oversee cold-chain storage; ensure all refrigerators, loggers and cupboards meet manufacturer specs.

Provide clinical leadership on adverse-event management and best-practice medicine handling.

What You’ll Bring

Must hold current AHPRA Nurse Practitioner registration with prescribing rights.

Active PBS prescriber number (or ability to obtain one for cosmetic medicines).

Solid knowledge of Schedule 4 medication legislation; detail-oriented and audit-ready mindset.

Reliable internet, webcam and private workspace for telehealth sessions.

Excellent rapport-building and clear, confident communication.

Availability for periodic site visits (frequency and days mutually agreed).

No prior aesthetic experience? No problem—our medical director and senior injectors will provide full orientation and ongoing mentorship.
