Tennis Approach is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a committed and energetic coach to join our team. Based at the iconic Cottesloe Tennis Club, we offer a dynamic coaching environment with strong community ties and a passion for player development at all levels.

About the Role:

We’re offering a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for more based on availability and performance. You’ll be supporting a wide range of programs including Hot Shots, squads, private lessons, adult group classes and cardio tennis.

Reliable and hardworking – shows up on time and gives 100% every session.

Energetic and engaging – brings great energy on and off the court.

Flexible – able to adapt to a variety of programs, players, and schedules.

Tennis savvy – solid playing background and sound technical understanding.

Team-focused – works well with others and contributes positively to the coaching culture.

Requirements:

Coaching qualification (minimum Junior Development Coach preferred, or working towards)

Current Working with Children Check

First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
