The opportunity

We’re looking to hire an experienced Glass Installer to work across residential and commercial sites throughout Melbourne. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering premium glass installations that meet our clients’ diverse needs.

About you

We’re seeking professionals who bring expertise, reliability, and a proactive approach to their work.

Skills and experience:

Experience in glass installation (e.g. pool fences, balustrades, shower screens).

At least 3 years of experience in installations or another trade

Ability to read measurements accurately and deliver precise results.

Familiarity with power tools and installation equipment (e.g. core drills).

Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.

A dependable work ethic with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Physical fitness is required to manage lifting and handling glass materials.

Flexibility to accommodate early starts and travel across Melbourne.

Key requirements

A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are a MUST.

Residence in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs or willingness to commute.

Be available for early starts (7am or earlier) and travel to client sites across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

Engage with clients to assess needs and recommend optimal solutions.

Conduct accurate measurements and set out jobs with precision.

Prepare, organise, and transport materials to job sites.

Install a variety of glass products, ensuring high-quality finishes.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, leaving job sites spotless.
