• Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and care

• Processing orders using Netsuite and managing related admin tasks
• Supporting the sales team with account management and invoicing

• Has experience in customer service, order processing, or admin (a bonus, not a must!)

• Is tech-savvy – Excel and Netsuite experience are a plus
