About The Role
We are currently looking for a Flower Handler to join our team based in West Swan. You will assist in processing, packing, receiving, picking and creating fresh and dry flowers for the was season.

This is a casual position and there are different rosters are available however the core role will require availability Monday to Friday 7 am to 4pm. You will have a hands-on approach to your work, a team player, take pride in your work and will have a chance to work with beautiful flowers.

Required Experience/Skills/Capabilities:

Good learner who is intuitive and shows a high level of enthusiasm with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Proactive with positive attitude

Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

Willingness to learn all aspects of the operation.

Forklift License would be highly regarded.

Flexibility of hours - to achieve the best outcome.

Physical fitness is a priority and focus of the job. Able to lift more the 10kgs and stand on your feet all day.

Ability to move around within a warehouse with storage and refrigeration access. Required to work in refrigeration as low as 3 degrees for periods of time.

Is able to navigate their way around a computer and software.
