💼 Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency
• Load and unload goods according to work orders
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and stock organisation
• Hit daily KPIs around output and accuracy
• Support other general warehouse tasks as required

🎯 What You’ll Need

• Current forklift licence (LF minimum)
• Proven experience in warehouse, pick packing and forklift operation
• Strong work ethic, great attendance and reliable transport
• Confidence working to KPIs in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stay focused, organised and team-oriented
• Commitment to long-term work and continuous improvement
