About the Role
This is not your typical warehouse role. We are seeking a capable and motivated Warehouse Operator with strong experience in ERP systems and subcontractor coordination. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of parts and assemblies to meet demanding production schedules, while also maintaining close communication with our supplier and subcontractor network.

Key Responsibilities

Operate within an integrated ERP system (e.g. NetSuite, MYOB Advanced, Pronto, or similar) for all warehousing functions

Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and assemblies

Coordinate despatches to production and subcontractor facilities

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for inbound/outbound logistics, job tracking, and issue resolution

Ensure warehouse accuracy, FIFO stock rotation, and inventory integrity

Support continuous improvement and warehouse optimisation initiatives

Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and compliance

About You
To be successful, you will bring:

Proven experience using an ERP system in a warehousing or manufacturing environment

Experience coordinating subcontractor work orders, deliveries, and collections

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude

Current forklift licence (LF) – essential

Current vehicle license - manual

Experience in automotive, mechanical or defence sectors – highly regarded
