In your new role you will;

Provide friendly and efficient support functions for our clients.

Trouble shoot (in conjunction with IT, if required) access and operational issues with the Safety Management System (SMS).

Create quality content including online customisable forms.

Manage the induction of new clients onto the SMS.

Provide summary reports to clients and the leadership team.

Manage the accuracy and efficiency of client workflow and records management in line with best practice.

Provide point of contact (on call, as required, with allowance) for client issues.

Set up physical office and recruit team as the business grows.

You have;

Bright, responsive and curious mind

Awareness and interest in Workplace Health and Safety.

Tech savvy skills to use with the SMS and a passion to learn a form builder program.

Friendly, professional and efficient customer service mindset.

Professional working competence in MS Office and google drive.

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills (written & verbal).
