About the role

As the Facility Executive at Singa Property Management, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential properties across Adelaide. Working on a full time basis, you will coordinate and oversee a team of skilled tradespeople to efficiently address all maintenance requests and projects. Your role will be central to maintaining the high standards our customers expect, while contributing to the overall success of the business.

This role is on a Fixed Term Contract until 1st October 2025 (Potential for extension)

What you'll be doing

Responding to and prioritising maintenance requests from tenants and property owners

Scheduling and overseeing the work of electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other tradespeople

Coordinating with external contractors to complete larger scale maintenance projects

Monitoring job progress and ensuring work is completed to a high standard

Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenditures

Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes and procedures

Providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners

What we're looking for

Exposure in a maintenance coordinator or similar role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry

Strong communication and organisational skills to effectively liaise with tenants, tradespeople and internal stakeholders

Technical knowledge of common building maintenance and repair procedures

Ability to work independently and make decisions to resolve issues in a timely manner

Proficient with maintenance tracking and reporting systems

Customer service-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
