Offering both casual and part-time positions, this role will see you supporting participants in their homes and community within the Lake Macquarie region, in particular across Blacksmiths, Belmont & Mount Hutton. Vacancies are also available within the Central Coast region, specifically in Charmhaven.
Working within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, you will bring commitment to delivering person-centred support to our participants to achieve their goals. Duties involve assisting with daily life tasks, medication management, assistance with meal times and personal care tasks. Flexibility and adaptability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and overnights during the week and weekends will be highly regarded.
About you
- Genuine desire to work within the disability sector and provide high-quality care to our participants
- Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal
- Initiative to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence using technical platforms to complete shift notes, incident reporting, and electronic timesheets
- Creativity to promote and support activities for participants
To be successful for this role, you will be required to be available to attend a paid training program upon commencement between Wednesday 25th June and Wednesday 9th July 2025.
Successful applicants will also be required to provide a cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, Covid-19 vaccination evidence (2 doses), Driver License, First Aid Certificate and valid working rights.

- Hourly pay rate of $33.41 - $36.46 per hour for part-time and $41.76 - $45.58 per hour for casual (plus superannuation) depending on experience and qualification
