Senior Engineering Surveyor

We are seeking the services of an experienced Senior Engineering Surveyor to help grow our team in Melbourne and assist with survey works on major construction projects in and around Melbourne.

Our ideal surveyor will have 10+ years’ experience in the industry, with a proven track record on major structural & civil projects. We are seeking a surveyor who is personable, practical, instils confidence in those around them and can communicate effectively with clients. You will have a sound understanding of surveying principles and construction methods, as well as being competent at undertaking design computations, data processing and preparation of survey deliverables.

This is predominantly a site-based role, so expect early starts, regular overtime and occasional weekend work. As the team grows, there may be future opportunities to progress into a management role, if desired, for the right candidate.

Experience with Trimble surveying equipment, Trimble Business Centre and high-rise construction will be considered favourably.

Swanson Surveying is a multi-faceted Land Surveying business based in Geelong, Ballarat & Melbourne.

We specialise in Land Development and Engineering Surveying. The business operates under an externally audited Quality Management System and we have an inhouse training program and documented procedures for developing all staff.

We also undertake UAV/Drone mapping, Laser scanning/3D modelling & Land Development projects.
