Situated within the Cranbourne Racing Precinct, Trios is a well-established entertainment complex with an award-winning Bistro, Sports Bar, Gaming and Function Room, allowing us to provide our members with a wide range of hospitality and entertainment options.
The opportunity
Trios Sports Club is seeking a highly skilled and energetic individual to assume the role of Full Time Gaming Manager reporting to the General Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily gaming activities, ensuring compliance with Victorian gaming regulations, managing staff, and delivering outstanding service to our patrons.
The applicant must be well-presented, enthusiastic, reliable, demonstrate a great attitude and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise gaming operations in accordance with Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) requirements
Lead, train, and motivate the gaming team to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
Monitor gaming activities to maintain integrity and compliance
Implement and uphold responsible gaming initiatives and policies
Prepare reports and liaise with regulatory bodies as required
Manage budgets, stock, and resources efficiently
Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement
Requirements:
A minimum of two years’ experience as a Gaming Manager in a large, high-volume venue
Current RSA, RSF, RSG, TAB Accreditation, Victorian Gaming Licence
Flexibility to workdays, nights, weekends and PH on a 7-day rotating roster
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Motivated and committed to outstanding Customer Service
Be familiar with reconciliation processes involved in Gaming, Wagering and Keno
Must be able to work unsupervised, be efficient, exercise sound judgment under pressure and work well in a team environment
