Employing over 300 dedicated staff, they provide high quality residential aged care for more than 200 men and women in 5 homes across Northern Sydney – Gordon, Mosman, Dural, Hunters Hill and Gladesville.

The Role

A Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of quality nursing care to residents. Your duties include:

Ensure the responsible implementation of medical and allied health order

Maintain open and effective communication channels with staff, members of the health team, residents and their relatives

Accept accountability and responsibility for own actions within nursing practices and maintain effective working knowledge of Twilight Aged Care policies and procedures

Maintain contemporary professional knowledge and skills through participation in external and internal development activities

Maintain accurate and legally appropriate documentation of nursing care, actions, and observations

Effectively implement the philosophy and objectives for residential care and nursing services of Twilight Aged Care values of compassion, respect, integrity and commitment

Working at our home in Dural - Grace Gardens and across other facilities!

Opportunity for Full-Time work, Monday to Friday, with shift timings:

Afternoon Shift 14:45 - 22:45

About you

Demonstrating experience in a similar role, you will have proven yourself as a Registered Nurse who treats residents in a respectful and courteous manner. Further, you will have:

Current Registration with AHPRA

An up to date Police Check/NDIS Clearance

Have received COVID-19 Booster Vaccination

Previous experience working in community or aged care would be highly regarded

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
