About the Role – Make a Real Difference Every Day
We’re looking for a passionate Program Manager to join our team and lead the Fraser Coast Intensive Family Support (IFS) program.
In this role, you’ll Support IFS team members to deliver high quality client outcomes within a performance planning and development culture.

- Level 8 SCHCADS Award.
- Salary range: $124,844 - $129,764 + Superannuation.
- Full time or Part time (0.8FTE) opportunity until 31 December 2025.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work as a cohesive leadership team that provides a planned and coordinated approach to leading the team.
- Collaborate with other internal managers to increase consistency in process and practice.
- Oversee and manage risk for children and families working with the IFS service.
- Ensure team members are up to date with all mandatory internal and external training requirements.
- Oversee the professional practice of IFS practitioners, supporting the team to work collaboratively.

What You’ll Bring
- A degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years’ experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a similar environment.
- Experience and capacity to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- A high level ability to lead and build a strong, cohesive team in alignment with Act for Kids’ values.
Other Things You’ll Need
- A current Working with Children Check (or eligible for professional exemption).
- A valid driver’s licence.
- The legal right to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).
