We’re looking for fun, energetic, and caring casual staff to help make before and after-school care an awesome experience. If you enjoy creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to play and learn, we’d love to have you on board.

At St Columba’s OSHC, we care for up to 150 incredible kids before and after school, plus during the holidays. Our program is all about sparking creativity, encouraging self-directed play, and bringing their interests and hobbies to life.

Right now, we’re especially looking for educators to cover afternooncare shifts!

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care
• Feel excited to come to work to make a difference to the lives of children in our care!

Job Requirements:

• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a self-directed play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
