Workfast is looking for experienced Sprinkler Fitters with an ASIC card to work on electrical infrastructure upgrades at Sydney Airport in Botany, NSW.

This is a secure, long-term role working airside on critical systems.

We’re looking for trade-qualified Sprinkler Fitters with a current ASIC pass, solid commercial or infrastructure experience, and a strong understanding of working in a secure, high-compliance environment.

What You Need

Trade Qualification / Licence (NSW)

Valid ASIC card for airport access

White Card

Previous experience in secure or large-scale civil / commercial projects

Full PPE and own tools

Must be available for ongoing work in Botany

What You Will Be Doing

Install, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems in airport facilities (e.g., terminals, hangars, support buildings)

Interpret construction blueprints and fire protection system layouts

Measure, cut, and assemble piping and system components

Conduct pressure testing and commissioning of sprinkler systems

Ensure compliance with Australian standards and airport safety regulations

Coordinate with other trades and contractors on-site

Adhere to airside access and security clearance requirements

Follow strict occupational health and safety procedures
