About the Role

Opportunities exist for Experienced Drillers with proven mining experience to join our production crew on a 7/7 roster at Gunnedah's smaller most recently opened mine.

Whitehaven Coal is Australia's largest independent coal producer and the leading coal producer in Northwest New South Wales with a lifespan of 25 years.

What you will be doing

You will be operating one or more of the following Drills:

SK50

SK70

What you will need

12 months production mining experience operating Similar machines

Verification of Competencies or signed skills list from a previous mine to validate previous operating experience

Australian Driver's Licence

Right to Work in Australia

Ability to undertake an NSW Order 43 Coal Board Medical

Superannuation paid on all rostered hours

Hourly allowances paid additional to your rate:

Allowance 1 - $5 per hour paid weekly

Allowance 2 - $5 per hour paid quarterly
