About Us
At Jess Rogers Psychology, we are committed to providing high quality, inclusive, supportive, and professional services to all clients. Our focus as a practice is centred around being trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, accessible, ethical and ensuring our approach to each client is tailored individually to meet the person's needs. We have developed a reputation amongst the metro area as a safe space for LGBTQI+ clients and pride ourselves on ensuring that all who walk through our doors feel welcome and comfortable. Whether you are just starting out in private practice, or are an experienced clinician looking for a new opportunity, we welcome you also to come and experience our culture and join our team and help us continue to make a difference in the community.
About the role
We're currently expanding and looking for a psychologist (Clinical/General/Registrar) who shares our passion for mental health and person-centred client care. The practice has been thriving for 5 years now and due to expanding need, we are offering an opportunity for a part time role to a psychologist with experience working with trauma with an immediate start. Although the position would start at part time, with a minimum of two days, there will be future opportunity to increase your hours if this is something you desire. We have a full client list ready for you, ensuring you have income stability from your first day. We offer a competitive salary + super, paid leave, and room to grow and a supportive work environment. We prioritise staff wellbeing, work/life balance and the prevention of burnout so cap sessions at 5 per day, allowing you plenty of time to see clients at your own pace. Our admin staff also handle everything in the background, from scheduling to invoicing, so you can focus on your clients. You will benefit from a diverse referral base, clear expectations around responsibilities, a friendly, supportive team, access to our assessment tools and kits, including Novopsych, newly fitted out clinic rooms, and flexibility around any needs you may have. Jess Rogers Psychology is also opening a large clinic in Rockingham in September 2025 and there will be opportunities for roles there also if desired.
