Cabinetmaker Installer – Full-Time Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinetmaker Installer to join our team. This full-time role involves the removal of existing cabinetry and the installation of like-for-like replacements. The majority of our work is insurance repairs on residential houses in Perth Metro area.

Key Responsibilities

Remove water-damaged cabinetry, salvaging components unaffected by the damage.

Accurately measure and sketch replacement cabinetry, providing photos and sketches to our office for processing and quoting.

Install replacement cabinetry with precision and craftsmanship.

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

Adhere to all relevant safety standards and building regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges that arise.

Requirements

Formal qualification in Carpentry or Cabinet Making.

Minimum of 3 years experience in cabinet installation, ideally in a similar role.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Good communication and customer service skills.

A valid driver’s licence.

Own tools (a company vehicle can be provided or factored into remuneration).
