N & F Medical Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in Belconnen, ACT. As a Practice Nurse, you will be an integral part of our primary healthcare practice team, providing comprehensive nursing care to our diverse patient population. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, triage, and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and other treatments as per clinician orders
• Assist with minor procedures and coordinate patient referrals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Support the practice's clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
