Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
What we offer
At Clinical Calm, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that values our employees' well-being. As a member of our team, you will enjoy competitive remuneration, opportunities for professional development, and the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.
About us
Clinical Calm hopes to become an industry leader, changing the way dental (and medical) anxiety is managed in not only a paediatric population, but also for adults. Our mission is to empower our patients to overcome their fears through interactive and play based sessions. We aim to leave our patients with the confidence to voice how they will be best managed in the dental setting, when they attend their own dental appointments. We are a patient-centered practice that prioritizes compassion, innovation, and clinical excellence. With a strong focus on evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary approach, we are committed to helping our patients achieve and maintain their own oral health.
At this time we aim to start seeing clinical patients in July, but need to establish core elements for our program. This will be established collaboratively as a team. Days have not been established but it is likely that we would run the program for 2 to 3 days a week initially. The role may suit for a one day a week or greater for the right candidate. If this sounds like an exciting and diverse opportunity, where you can impact patient care positively, we would love to hear from you.
