About the role

Join the Smith Family Trust as a Motorcycle Delivery - Postie on a casual basis, in Mount Sheridan, QLD 4868. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the company's courier and delivery operations, responsible for transporting and delivering parcels and packages to customers in your local area.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating a motorcycle to pick up and deliver parcels and packages on your designated routes

Ensuring all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner

Providing excellent customer service by interacting politely with customers and resolving any delivery issues

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and package tracking

Assisting with loading and unloading trucks as needed

Adhering to all safety protocols and road rules

What we're looking for

A valid motorcycle rider's license and experience operating a motorcycle

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A commitment to safety and attention to detail

Familiarity with the local area and ability to navigate efficiently
