Soho Hair Salon in Narellan, NSW is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Dresser to join our team. As a full-time role, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving hair salon within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional hairdressing services to our valued clients, including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments

Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and preferences, and recommend suitable hair solutions

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times

Assist with training and mentoring junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise

Ensure the salon floor and workstations are kept clean, organised and well-stocked

Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of salon operations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified and highly skilled hair stylist

Strong technical abilities in all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues

A creative flair and eye for detail to deliver innovative and on-trend hairstyles

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Proven experience in a senior or lead styling role, with the ability to mentor and guide junior stylists
