ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for reliable, driven, and hardworking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. If you're someone who values consistency, teamwork, and personal development, this is your opportunity.

You'll be joining our Building and Construction Division, working across multiple long-term projects in the Newcastle region. Your day-to-day will include:

• Site clean-up and preparation
• Setting up fencing
• Assisting trades on-site
• General labouring duties

ABOUT YOU

You're someone who takes pride in your work and shows up ready to contribute. You've got a solid background in construction and a strong understanding of site safety. Ideally, you'll bring:

• ✅ White Card - Mandatory
• ✅ Silica Awareness Certificate - Mandatory
• ✅ 5+ years' experience in construction (commercial preferred)
• ✅ Tickets such as Telehandler, Hoist, Forklift, EWP - highly regarded
• ✅ Trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing) - welcome
• ✅ Driver's licence and reliable transport
• ✅ Strong work ethic and team spirit
• ✅ Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
