We are a well-established signage company based in Campbellfield, Melbourne, known for producing high-quality signs for over 8 years. As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Signage Production and Installation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on role that involves a variety of tasks in the production and installation of signage. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is a strong team player, and can confidently manage the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Operating CNC routers and other machinery

Assembling LED components

Using basic power tools and hand tools

Assisting with signage installation on-site

Working with computer software to assist with file preparation or production tasks

About You:

Experience in the signage industry or similar trade

Confident using power tools and workshop equipment

Familiar with CNC router operation (experience required)

Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks

A can-do attitude with attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
