The Opportunity
We are currently seeking 2 dedicated and experienced Responsible Persons to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our Glenorie, Arcadia, Hillside and Maraylya OSHC services, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the delivery of engaging and meaningful programs for children.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs
Ensure effective supervision and care of children in accordance with regulatory standards
Support compliance with NWCC policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Provide leadership and guidance to other educators as required
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
Services range from 2 children to 46 children in size
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in School Aged Education & Care is desired
A minimum of one year experience in an OSHC setting, with prior staff supervision experience
Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
You have a working knowledge of ‘My Time, Our Place’
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
A valid Working with Children Check
Hold a Child Protection Certificate
A willingness to uphold and support the values and mission of NWCC
