Downlands College is seeking applications from qualified teachers registered with the Queensland College of Teachers for a fixed-term (Semester 2) contract as a Secondary English and Film, Television and New Media teacher.

Requirements

· Qualifications to teach Secondary English

· Qualifications and/or experience in teaching Secondary Film, Television and New Media

· Capacity to teach Religious Education

· Confidence in extending and enriching student learning

· Willingness to contribute to the co-curricular life of the College

· Knowledge and understanding of the AITSL Professional Standards and their relevance to effective teaching and learning

Salary

$84,077 - $121,092 (FTE) plus super
